Construction risk management process level, for companies overseas construction projects have a very large economic impact. Because there are some differences in social systems, cultural traditions, natural geography, economic base, accounting systems financial management, risk heterogeneity, language and religion, overseas engineering projects, will inevitably produce a series of problems, all kinds of potential risk factors increase, resulting in a significant risk to overseas projects. In order to minimize project risks, the need for various types of risk-depth study overseas projects, and actively explore solutions and develop appropriate standardized measures. Our international engineering companies is still relatively short period of time, lack of overseas engineering experience, lack of implementation of the international project risk assessment, and always blindly apply the so-called " overseas engineering experience," in the long run China’s enterprises in overseas construction projects which will be encountered risks associated with heavy losses, so the importance of risk management and improve imminent. In this paper, the case study method, the risks identified in the Company M C State environmental engineering projects, risk assessment, risk control were analyzed to explore several methods of risk identification and assessment, proposed the establishment of early warning system for real-time risk recommendations for risk monitoring and risk in overseas projects proposed for several control measures.
