The energy shortage and environmental pollution problem are social problems and now becoming more and more serious, so the development of the automotive industry is facing new challenges in the future. The emergence of new energy vehicle points out a new direction of the development for the automobile industry. As an important energy supply mechanism on the new energy vehicles, the efficiency of the compressor will affect the performance of the whole vehicle ultimately. The linear compressor has unique advantages in the structure, operation mode and operation efficiency. According to the related research, the efficiency of using the linear compressor system converts the electric energy to linear motion of the mechanical energy, is increased by15%to20%compared with the traditional institutions. The application of the high performance permanent magnetic materials for the linear motor, is promoting the development and application of the linear compressor.The working process of permanent magnet linear compressor is a process of multiple physical fields interacting and influencing each other, which mainly include the electromagnetic field, temperature field and stadium etc. The relationship between each field determines the performance and stability of the whole compressor system. The magnetic property of permanent magnet is affected by the change of the temperature field easily, results the performance and stability of permanent magnetic linear compressor changed under the environment of high temperature. The focus of the paper is the temperature effect on the performance of the permanent magnetic linear compressor in the operation process.As a moving coil type permanent magnet linear compressor system to the research object in this paper. Firstly, introduce the research background, the structure and working principle of the permanent magnet linear compressor system, and establish the mathematical model and motion field, electromagnetic field and temperature field; then through the method of multi field coupling modeling, Analysis the performance of heat fading of the permanent magnet linear compressors in the operation process after simulation. Finally, manufacture the prototype of the linear compressor, and make some tests study on its performance.
