Wahuang palace cultural relics protection unit is an important part of China’scultural heritage.It is located in China’s Hebei Province, Handan city Shexian CountyZhonghuang mountain. In1996It is announced the fourth batch of national key culturalrelics protection units by the State Council.Development of the first at home and abroad on the protection of cultural relics isreviewed briefly, to the protection of cultural relics of the principles and theories arediscussed and summarized. And through the study of characteristics and content ofcultural relics protection planning, combined with the domestic similar success storieswith this thesis, protection planning principles and objectives for the Wahuang palace.And then to the Wahuang palace as the research object, based on the analysis andarrangement of Wahuang palace cultural background and history data, through fieldinvestigation, the Wahuang palace and the surrounding environment has carried on thedetailed investigation, has carried on the appraisal to Wahuang palace history, cultureand science, art and social, economic value, and analyzes the present situation of theprotection the Wahuang palace, and summarizes the key problems of Wahuang palaceprotection.Finally, the Wahuang palace protection scope and construction control areaadjustment, defined the environmental coordination area; and puts forward theCountermeasures of Wahuang palace relics protection, including the body of the culturalrelics protection measures, infrastructure, management and protection of intangiblecultural heritage protection.This paper belongs to the research on planning the protection of cultural relics.
