Today, the ruins of the transformation of industrial waste and reuse a lot oftransformation has become an important part of the project, while focusing on thereal estate industry is also of concern. In American and European countries, thevalue of the renewable industry remains have been blind to understand theexploratory stage, into a more perfect stationary phase. And for our country, it isjust the end of the exploration phase of spontaneous, are trying to summarize arational understanding of the new rules.In recent years, China ’s urbanization process is accelerating, and thetransformation of the old town construction already in full swing, while manydomestic waste industrial legacy remains forced to withdraw from urban living spacearena, its embarrassing identity, neither relics not the ancient buildings, only waitingto be drained pace of urbanization. China is in the process of rapid development, inorder to better reflect the spirit of the times and green awareness, how to developand protect the loss of function of the industrial relics will be an important issue.Therefore, the value of renewable scrap paper will explore the industrial ruins,and by analyzing the case of domestic and foreign case studies sound developmentof rehabilitation programs beneficial to the city, and extract the value of thosepositive aspects of renewable awareness, hoping to re‐use the remains of thedomestic industry play some beneficial help, I hope can be used as the theoreticalbasis for my graduation project.
