Abstract/Summary:
Based on the case study of plan and control of energy-saving project of SZSY Science&Technology company, the main idea of this thesis is to understand the foreign and domestic engineering projects, especially the project management of energy saving, from two aspects, on one hand, how to plan the project schedule, on the other hand, how to control the implementation of the project, in order to achieve the project target. Through the study of the project, we can not only identify the theoretical support of project progress control, but also obtain the control program of project implementation, and furthermore, we can offer theory foundation and valuable experience for the future similar project implementation.This thesis is mainly focusing on the project plan and control, it has6chapters. Chapter1is introducing the project background and the significance of this topic, and introducing the research results of the foreign and domestic plan and control issues. Chapter2is introducing the theory and method of project progress plan and control, systematically understanding the tools and methods of the progress plan and control. Chapter3is introducing SZSY Science&Technology Company, and analysis the project and work out the implementation plan. Chapter4and chapter5are the main parts of this thesis. Chapter4is based on energy saving project of SZSY Science&Technology Company, using the professional knowledge of progress management, introduces the plan formulation of the project schedule. In this chapter, it also introduces the analytical methods of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Network plan and program evaluation and review technique (PERT). According to the real feature of this project, by using the WBS structure figure, plan responsibility matrix, project relationship methods, finally evaluate the implementation cycle and work out the Gantt chart of the project. Chapter5is mainly introducing how to control the specific implementation of the project, including all the solution before, during and after the project control, and as well as the solution when plan deviation occurs. Furthermore, this chapter also introduces the security, information security as well as team building, etc. during the project implementation. Chapter6is the summary and outlook of this paper, which is an overview of the paper and also a prospect for the future work.The research mainline and the contribution of this paper are as following aspects:(1) This paper is based on the real actual needs, put the process management theory into the actual construction work. In the planning stages of the project, this article subdivide the project into several sub-jobs with WBS method, and then make the plan relational table according to the logic of the project, based on the plan relational table, calculate each sub-job construction working schedule with FRET method, after that, work out the network diagram, on the basis of the network diagram, identify the critical path, draw the normal distribution graph, and finally work out the Gantt chart.(2) During the project implementation, this paper describes how to control each aspects in-depth on the time axis and highlighting the process control of the project. Using the real situation which during the project implementation for example, described how to control and correct the project.(3) Combined with the actual project, this paper also describes how to build a strong and efficient team during the process control.
