Feasibility Study Hainan LNG Gas Supply Projects

In the new century, China’s economy shows a trend of development steady and rapid, resulting in increased energy consumption, especially the rapid growth of coal and oil consumption, exacerbated the grim situation and environment situation. This brings great opportunities and challenges for the natural gas industry of China’s rapid development needs. At the same time, along with the demand of global energy resources sustainable growth and climate warming trend is growing, our country put forward to make clear a requirement, therefore, to strengthen the ecological civilization construction of big city in China in order to improve the atmospheric environment, improve the quality of life of city residents, and actively adjust the structure of the fuel. But whatever the clean utilization of coal, and nuclear and renewable energy, is unlikely in the short term to greatly improve the environment. The severe situation of ecological environment for the rapid development of natural gas, as a clean, is conducive to the storage and transport of LNG (liquefied natural gas), has become the preferred energy supply.This paper takes Hainan Province as the research object, from the current situation of project feasibility study, firstly, the main content of domestic and foreign literature and research results are summarized in the technology, economy, feasibility study, HSE method and the standard is discussed. Then the introduction of LNG gas supply projects in Hainan Province, and from the analysis on the project technical feasibility, economic feasibility, environmental feasibility, safety, energy-saving aspects, demonstrated the feasibility of the project.This paper, on Hainan LNG gas supply project feasibility studies, combines with project management, project feasibility studies, LNG utilization, project evaluation and other disciplines theory. We concluded that the project is technically feasible by calculating and analyzing LNG production status, process, major equipment and gas pipeline. My feasibility studies qui focus on the socio-economic, market situation, financing, and financial analysis have demonstrated the economic feasibility of the project, while a detailed analysis on the project environment, safety, energy conservation demonstrate, from the overall, the rationality and the feasibility of the project.
