Project Risk Management Audit Letter South Expressway In Henan Province (G40) Completed

In recent years, the construction of China’s expressway has gained significant achievements. Henan is a big traffic province and the audit institutions of all levels in Henan have gradually enhanced the supervision over the audit of expressway construction, especially the audit of completion construction. The comprehensive audit of the expressway project has received more and more attentions from the society day by day. However, based on many years’ auditing practice, ubiquitous problems in the process of auditing expressway completion of projects, such as risk ignorance and unscientific risk evaluation, will result in the poor quality and low effect of individual auditing project.The thesis regards the audit of G40’s completion in Henan as the research object, and studies the risk management of all phases, such as planning, preparation, implementation, conclusion and rectification. Through a detailed classification of the relative theories about risk management, the thesis identifies different phases of this project by using brain-storming and check-sheet, analyzes the possibility and harm of individual identified risk.Then the thesis evaluates the overall risk by using subjective evaluation method and finally proposes suggestions about the risk response and supervision over the project.This thesis attempts to apply the risk management theory to the completion of the Henan expressway project. This paper is of theoretical and applicable significance in strengthening auditing quality, assuring auditing effect, and therefore establishing "Sunshine Expressway Project" and promoting national anti-corruption construction.
