Financing And Strategy Of Guangxi Highway

This paper mainly applied the methods of refences reading, inductive analysis and field research combined with practical engineering projects, And(combined with) adopted quantitative and qualitative to study on the financing mechanism of Guangxi expressway. According to the present situation of financing in Guangxi, this paper put forward the fresh and flexible financing cooperation management modes, then made analysis on practical instances. Firstly, it analyzed main financing modes internationally and domestically, introducing some basic theories of project financing, summing up and analyzing several financing modes in the construction of expressway in Guangxi. Secondly, it summarized the development and planning of expressway by the main force of Guangxi--Guangxi Communications Investment Group CO.Ltd. Finally, it made detailed analysis on the newly emerged financing mode-financingg and cooperation management mode, during the development of financing in Guangxi, compared with other main modes according to specific situations in Guangxi, and particularly introduced tested the new mode by using practical engineering projects.This paper aimed to provide comprehensive materials for the understanding of situation and planning of Guangxi expressway, and offer theoretical supports and refences in choosing financing mode of Guangxi expressway construction. It made prospects about the diversified and multiple financing modes in Guangxi, tried to make financing of Guangxi expressway construction have more convenient and reasonable chooses, and attain dynamic integration between financing mode and Guangxi expressway construction, to extremely save constructional funds, reduce crisis and promote progress of projects, and stimulate the development of expressway and economy in Guangxi. Because of the limit knowledge of the author, there might be unsolved problems like the lack of deep study on the rationality of risk-sharing in financing and cooperation management mode. The paper also has some unaccomplished points which expect further studies.
