Abstract/Summary:
The AESE technology is a new Radar-technology recently. There are lots of apparatus of T/R and power supply equipments. In Spaceborne Active Phased Array-Synthetic Aperture Radar. Owing to the high fixing and power density and position precision, the satellite-borne fixing-board is a key structural part of the space borne synthetic aperture radar. To assure the precision of the fixing, the satellite-borne fixing-board must not only have the excellent capability of mechanism and heat exchange, but also the precision of the plane and the thickness.The structure of Al-beehive and many number of discreteness is used in the high precision of the satellite-borne fixing-board. Problems of warping and thickness inconsistence easy to occur during the machining and molding machining, which can have a great effect on the accuracy of the satellite-borne fixing-board. For the difficult of the machining in the satellite-borne fixing-board, the difficult points of technical in the part machining, stick molding and the electroplate process were analyzed in this paper. The reasonable manufacture process flow was established and the manufacture process parameters were optimized after comparison of different manufacture molding methods, the process parameters and the modes of clamping and die. As a result, process deform of the part is effectively controlled, the stick molding quality is improved and the molding accuracy of this fixing-board is guaranteed.
