Formatting fly technology is one of the fore-lead technologies of this century. In this paper we focus on the design of orbit of formatting fly, satellite on-board management system and interlink of satellite formatting. This paper is divided to 3 parts and provides a detailed discuss on formatting fly technology in chapter 3, 4, 5 respectively: chapter 3 provides a method for formatting orbit design, chapter 4 researches on a Multi-Agent based satellite on-board management system, chapter 5 focuses on a wireless token bus protocol, simulates the protocol and analysis the simulating result. The orbit design of formatting fly is one of the key technologies of satellite formatting. Differs from airplane formatting, the satellite can not construct an arbitrary format. In order to create an orbit that almost need not kept by burning fuel, it is constrained by several conditions. Chapter 2 introduces the orbit parameters, typical coordinate systems and conversion between them. The conversion will be used in chapter 3. Chapter 3 discusses the method to design format orbit by using Hill equations and studies the precision of this method through simulate. Geometrical relations, azimuth, elevation and range between satellites are also simulated.Effective on-board management is the necessary condition for a reliable formatting system. Chapter 4 advances a Multi-Agent base satellite on-board management system. This Multi-Agent is a layered intelligent system. It manages on-board resource intelligently and dynamically. It reaches the requirements of reliability and survivability.Restricted by the platform, satellite in formatting fly use isotropic antennas and each satellite use the same frequency band. As a result, the inter-link between satellites is shared channel. An effective media access control protocol for formatting satellite wireless shared channel is needed. Chapter 5 advances a wireless token bus protocol. Simulate is carried out to analysis its performance. The dissertation is summarized in the last chapter.
