Architectural Design Of Modern Banking

The bank buildings are closely linked with people’s everyday life as well as the development of economic. Almost every decision made in the building has influence on the society. Through the ages, bank buildings leave people profound impression by their firm, stable and permanent image, and distinguish them from other business and office buildings. With the development of the world economic, banking flourishes as one of the service industry. The bank buildings show the wealth and strength, at the same time, they become the landmark buildings in the center of cities and act as the role of symbolic of a city. So how can bank buildings reflect the features and satisfy the requirement of new age, how can they meet the functions of modern bank buildings become the key points that people pay close attention to. In this paper, I will discuss and analysis these questions.I will not introduce the details of the history and economic background of the growth and develop of bank buildings. The organization of inner and outer structure of modern bank buildings are discussed from the point of the new stage of reform, so that we can understand and think the development tendency of modern bank buildings more clearly.This paper contains three parts. First, the function combination way and the function space of bank are discussed in detail with some pictures. Through the analysis and conclude we can understand the bank buildings more deeply. Second, I analyze the method to create external image of modern bank buildings and the utilization of their surface material, and the feature of these buildings. Third, by analyzing of theories and practical case, I discuss the development tendency of the design of future bank buildings from multi angles and directions according to the development of social economic and science.Through the deep research of modern buildings, I gain some results in which I try hard to find the practical way to do research of modern buildings and the method to design official buildings of bank under the globalization.
