Although the new countryside is rapidly development,the overall level of ruralfire infrastructure’s planning and construction and safety planning status is not high,which leads to the fire hazard is becoming more and more serious.If we are not paid attention to Chinese rural construction and layout of fireinfrastructure,it will seriously affect the healthy development of rural construction, itis pointed out by Fire experts.Therefore,in August18,2010the State Ministry of housing and urban-ruraldevelopment and the State Quality Supervision and inspection and Quarantine jointlyissued the" rural fire standards "(GB50039-2010), and implemented in June1,2011,this paper will combine the specification and the actual condition of thecountry,to study the issue related to the accumulation and security distance ofcombustible,in order to improve the capacity of rural fire fighting,also provide thebasis for the country to supplement and improve the rural fire protection planning ofadministrative regulations and technical standards.This paper mainly includes four parts:(1) the feature of rural combustibleignition;(2)the computing method of combustible accumulation security distance;(3)FDS simulate that the effect of combustible combustion on surroundingenvironment;(4) rural fire protection system optimizing and the layout of fire safetyin new rural construction.According to the related standard and the actual conditions of the simulationmethod for safety assessment of the fire risk of rural combustible yard, throughnumerical analysis of simulation data, determine the safety distance of combustibleyard. Research on rural water supply construction technology and the layout of firesafety, provide the decision basis for fire fighting planning construction in rural areas,improve the capacity of rural fire prevention, through the simulation experimentcomes to the following conclusions:(1) Differences in ignition characteristics of different materials, the radiative heatflux is low, the radiative heat flux only had significant effect on the soft wood andwood-based plate in the adhesive, when the heat radiation is strong, effects of radiation heat flux on the ignition characteristics of wood is approximately the samefor all.(2) The ignition distance source eight meters, the object takes ten minutes wouldbe on fire in the thermal radiation source; if the distance between the two is more thanten meters, so the fire will not make the object on fire, the object is safe.(3) That the observation of fire data has occurred, rational spacing betweenadjacent and cannot avoid combustible yard fire completely, it can only be in the fireat the beginning of the corresponding to protect surrounding combustible yard. Firespacing on the one hand can make the yard top get certain degree of cooling, gaswhile the yard above to produce fire in a short period of time; on the other hand canprovide us the most precious rescue time, can reduce the surrounding property andpersonnel losses to a certain extent.
