Construction Cost Control Of Inner Mongolia Beijing Hotel Renovation Project Decoration

From the perspective of an owner of property rights, the thesis analyzed the project cost construction and the ability of the cost control of Beijing Inner Mongolia Hotel through borrowing ideas from related theories of the project cost control and management. In addition, it applied the theory of risk assessment and Pareto analysis to analyze the cost control program of this project. Consequently the thesis confirmed the essential and secondary control program of the cost control and found out the key point of the cost control from the angle of the processing management. For the analyzed theoretic results, the contractor worked out the practical plan of construction cost control as well as corresponding warranted measures.The thesis studied some problems such as the management of material and equipment prices, the TQC management and the management of project changing and fulfilled the design of the contents and methods of construction cost control. In addition, it expatiated on the solutions of the construction cost control such as organization, implementation, technologies, economies and warranted measures of contracts so as to reach the aim of reducing the project cost and the total sum reasonably. Through the study on the cost control of renovation project of Beijing Inner Mongolia Hotel, the writer hopes that it will be a useful reference for non-professional builders at work on the management of project cost.
