Helical rolling is an important method of producing seamless steel pipe.After piercing the billet,the blank material rolls into the rolling machine,andthen becoming more uniform in the reeling machine.We can get a better qualityof steel pipe.Thus,the method of combining piercing and rolling was born.Upcoming perforation, rolling, flattening three processes in one process.Thispaper focuses on three-roller combining piercing and rolling analyze researchequipment and processes.In this paper, the theoretical and empirical cross rolling method to calculatethe rolling force during rolling, rolling torque and otherparameters,Piercing-rolling mill is determined according to the results of thetransmission.According to process requirements and site conditions,todetermine the overall process and the main equipment parameters.According toskew rolling metal deformation theory and engineering method,to determinethe shape of the rolling tool.providing a prerequisite for the test.In the production process, the various process parameters wereoptimized,Such as roll-type curve, feed angle.Determine the optimum processparameters through finite element simulation and field test methods.In addition, the article also appeared on the production of a variety ofproblems,such as the outer surface of the steel pipe spiral channel, steel pile,later card.Through research and analysis of test data and process parameters tosolve the problems.Provide protection for mass production.This article alsogives a rolling temperature of several high-alloy materials, recurring problemsand solutions.
