| Comber is a widely applied spinning machine which has been an important equipment in spinning industry.With development of the technology of cotton spinning,the requirement for comber has also been increased enormously.Considering of the disadvantages lie in traditional comber such as:complex mechanical drive,high cost for optimization, difficulty of controlling the movement curve,difficulty of improving the speed by changing mechanical structure and so on,this disquisition brings forward a totally new concept-----comber with multi-power driving in order to simplify the mechanical drive system and improve the process speed.This new comber will be driven by several powers at the same time with many improvements for its mechanical drive system. Consequently,the whole process can be optimized successfully.Chapter I Summarize the research background and the development of comber,briefly introduce the processing assignment and the technique procedure and also expound the content of this research.Chapter II Analyze and study the work flow as well as the main parts of conventional comber in order to build a firm foundation for the following reform and design of the process system. Chapter III Bring forward the scheme of optimizing combing process considering of the disadvantages of traditional comber and then compare the new process with the old one.Chapter IV Analyze the relationship among improved process, cylinder speed and detaching roller speed and then analyze and figure out several key parameters during combing process including time of cotton fiber's rising up,time of detaching roller's movement and the maximum of cylinder speed.In addition,we also carry out some experiments and successfully prove the above analysis and results by some validations.All these can be very helpful for applying and spreading the new combing process.Chapter V Summarize the content and outcome of this research and propose the way for further research. |
