The skid-mounted and multifunctional experimental column is developed basing on the invention patent "Combined Multifunctional Experimental Column and Experiment Device (ZL201110067233.X)"and it is mainly used in chemical separations. This experimental device mainly includes tower assemblies, tower external accessories, outer packing case. Tower assemblies contain modular towers. Tower external accessories contain blower, gas cylinder, heat exchangers and pumps, outer package can be disassembled.On the one hand, it can meet the needs of transportation, on the other hand, it can be used to build the experimental platform.Through making different combinations of tower assemblies and tower external accessories, it can realize a variety of processes.The main development processes of this device are divided into cold-mode experiments and hot-mode experiments. Cold-mode experiments are based on air and water system, testing the hydraulics performance of different packings and trays. Hot-mode experiments are divided into absorption-desorption experiments, distillation experiments and the double effect distillation experiments. Absorption-desorption experiments are based on DEA aqueous solution, SO2and air system, testing the mass-transfer performance of different packings and trays, as well as the absorption and desorption properties of absorbent. Distillation experiments are based on methanol and water system, testing the separating efficiency of different packings and trays. The double effect distillation experiments are also based on methanol and water system. They are mainly used in the study of double effect distillation technology in energy saving.By the simulation calculation of main processes, we select and determine the standard equipment and non-standard equipment. After that, we do the layout, piping of equipment and design the three-dimensional model.This device can operate under the condition of water and electricity in the pass. Outer packing case can be assembled into operation platform, so transportation and installation is very convenient. Through making different combinations, the device can realize absorption, desorption and distillation experiments processes, etc. In industrial applications, it can be used in the exhaust gas purification and wastewater treatment. Exhaust gas purification aims at dealing with the exhaust from chemical plants, universities and research institutes. Make the gas meet the emission requirements. Wastewater treatment mainly aims at dealing with more scattered and small amount of methanol wastewater from oil production. Make the water meet the emission standard, at the same time recover methanol. Application research on the device, on the one hand can develop its experiment function, on the other hand, has very strong application value and environmental protection function.
