The pace of Chinese urbanization continues to accelerate, and the scale of cities’construction is also expanding. Accompanied by them is the problem of disposingarchitecture waste. The methods of dealing with them in our country are landfill andincineration in main, and these ways will not only be a waste of architecture material but alsobe a kind of polluting to environment. So we have to find a high-efficiency way to handlingwith architecture waste in this situation witch is lake of mineral resources and energy and theenvironment is worse.The purpose of the thesis is to solve the problem that a great deal of architecture wastecan’t be disposed properly then cause waste and the existing architecture waste processingfactories are very little and lack of fund and skill, which can’t develop steadily and to belarge-scale. After the all-round analysis, the author think the key point of the problem is thatestablishments to deal with architecture waste are handled and run by the government onlyand no private department involved. So there will not be enough money. To solve thisproblem, we must establish a reasonable financing mode. This thesis compared the economyof different architecture wastes and the characters of kinds of financing modes, then concludethat the most proper financing mode for disposing architecture waste is PPP mode. This kindof mode can makes the development of industry of architecture waste disposing more healthyand steadily and it is better for the public, the government and the companies. The thesis alsoanalyses the structure of PPP financing mode, the relationship in the organization of the PPPmode. It states how to decide the price of recycled materials and advises the government howto make the system of allowance. At last the thesis gives some advices from law, system andsociety sides to the development of architecture waste disposing to be better.
