Beijing Urban Construction Ecology

Marxist ideological system contains a wealth of ecological thinking which has important guiding significance for the eco-city construction, but at home and aboard, the research of the planning and construction practice of Eco-city which is under the guidance of the Marxist ecological thought is very limited. In addition, the research findings of Eco-city at home and abroad are mainly focused on the theoretical level. In the aspect of the planning and construction practice of Eco-city, although overseas compared to domestic started earlier, but compared to the research of practice and theory, the former is still in its infancy.This article is mainly based on the perspective of Marxist theory and unifies the achievements of theory and practice of ecological planning and construction at home and abroad and the actual development of Beijing, to further explore the concept, content, goals and principles of the construction of the Eco-city, and take this as the theory basis, proposes the assessment methods and concrete practice ways for the ecological city construction of Beijing.The paper main text constitutes by four parts of contents:the elementary theory of the ecological city construction, the present situation and appraisal analysis of the ecological city construction of Beijing, several essential domains of the ecological city construction of Beijing and the reasonable paths of the ecological city construction of Beijing.The first part of the body described the ideological origins, theoretical basis and development trend of the Eco-city concept, analyzed the Era missions, core concepts, objectives and requirements of the construction of the Eco-city, and take this as the theory basis, proposes the indicator system and evaluation criteria for the ecological city planning and construction.The second part of the body overall and fundamentally analyzed the realities and conditions of the ecological city construction of Beijing from two aspects:the resources and environments and the society and ecolomy, all of this laid the foundation for the analysis of the key constraint problems of the ecological city construction of Beijing.The third part of the body described and analyzed the key constraint problems of the ecological city construction of Beijing which include the following aspects:the regional development, the construction of infrastructure, the land-use planning, cultural heritage etc.The fourth part of the body putted forward pertinent and operable solutions and paths for the key constraint problems of the ecological city construction of Beijing.
