And Optimization Of The Plight Of Shaanxi Province Environmental Education

For humans, the environment problem not only involves the ecological problems, but also is closely related to people’s livelihood, which has even affected the survival of mankind. At present, our country’s economy is in rapid development, the environmental pollution and ecological destruction phenomenon emerge in endlessly, which make environmental conditions worse sharply. Related long-term survey have shown that the lack of public environmental consciousness is extremely serious. We urgently need to promote green consciousness, advocate green concept and establish the green ethics, which will be the historic project shouldered by China’s environmental education in the new century.In this paper, the method of literature research and empirical analysis are used to firstly introduced the related concept and theory of environmental education. Then analyzes the current situation of environmental education and the existing problems in Shaanxi Province, especially in promoting environmental protection concept, implementing environmental policies and guiding the public to participate in the significant achievements in recent years. Meanwhile, a deep analysis is made in environmental education system in the top design, the low degree of awareness of education environment, and many other factors hindering the healthy development of environmental education. Effectively solving these problems can cause the thinking on how to make a better implementation of environmental education.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter summarizes the paper selected topic background and introduces the research purpose, significance, research ideas and methods.The second chapter includes environmental issues, environmental education, environmental literacy, related concepts and theories of environmental externalities, public goods and so on has carried on the brief overview, and the theory of environmental education are analyzed by using the theory of public product and the sustainable development.The third chapter discusses the current situation of environmental education in Shaanxi Province, and connecting with the actual analysis of the current existing problems and cause analysis.The fourth chapter expounds the environmental education at home and abroad advanced typical cases, they are good reference for the benign development of the environmental education in shaanxi province.The fifth chapter analysis the environmental education in the importance of social sustainable development, put forward to solve the plight of environmental education in shaanxi province, including accelerated environmental education legal system construction, establish a multi-level system of financial support, incentive mechanism and public participation mechanism.On the17th national congress of the communist party of China,"the construction of ecological civilization" has been listed as the new requirements of comprehensive construction of well-off society goal."Beautiful China"-the grand goal has been viewed as the focus of the construction of ecological civilization and written into the party18report discussed, indicating that the ecological civilization as one of the focus has been brought to the attention of the world, the environment education as building ecological civilization in China, the inherent requirement of the socialist harmonious society in our country should be widely attention and strengthened.In this paper, the focus of the topic in addition to the concept of environmental education category, including the environmental education of various kinds of social practice, and under the premise of this selected topic in widely collected materials, compared the environmental education in-depth and practical experience, the study combined with the actual situation of environmental education in Shaanxi Province, which analysis of present problems in environmental education and puts forward the concrete idea, it has the strong theoretical and practical significance.
