Chongqing City County Ecological Civilization Competitiveness

The core of ecological civilization is to coordinate development of man and nature, the goal is to build the harmonious development of the civilization form between People, man and nature, man and society. Its core connotation including eco-conscious civilization, political civilization, ecological economic civilization, and ecological social civilization, ecological civilization. Significance of research competitiveness evaluation index system of ecological civilization is that their research will systematically and objectively demonstrate results and development advantages of ecological civilization construction, clear the problems and shortcomings, provide a reference for future national and local government decision-making ecological civilization construction, raise public awareness of the importance of ecological civilization, thus promoting the practice of ecological civilization construction forward.The author looked up on the basis of the relevant literature, building ecological civilization construction evaluation system from the perspective of competitiveness,38districts and counties of Chongqing as the research object, from the " Chongqing Statistical Yearbook "and the government work report and the overall urban planning framework, the official website of the relevant functional departments of published data channels as direct or indirect access to data, using factor analysis and clustering analysis to evaluated, and explain the present situation of the ecological civilization competitiveness in each district and county. The following conclusions:(1) ecological and economic indices account for a larger proportion in the County of Chongqing Municipality in the competitiveness index, and enhancing the competitiveness of Chongqing county ecological civilization should be to improve the ecological economic indicators that focus on optimizing the development mode.(2) competitive civilization ecological differences between districts and counties in Chongqing echelon obvious.（3）the main reason of the main urban ecological civilization competitive higher than Yunyang County, Wuxi County, Chenkou County and other remote suburban counties is its big gap between ecological and economic indices, and ecological indicators gap environment is not obvious. Finally, put forward countermeasures to increase the competitiveness of ecological civilization, and further discussion are put forward based on problems during the research and prospect.
