With China’s energy structure adjustment, the demand for oil and natural gas increased dramatically, long-distance oil and gas pipeline construction ushered in the climax of the third building. Most of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline construction has a technically complex, involving a wide range of related parties, a huge amount of investment, long construction period, a huge risk, and the current long-distance oil and gas pipeline construction has been basically the implementation of Contract for EPC, general contractor, the risks it faces more severe, it is necessary to evaluate the risk of long-distance oil and gas pipelines EPC mode general contractor.Based on the study on the basis of the domestic and international long-distance oil and gas pipelines EPC general contractor risk evaluation index system and evaluation methods, the evaluation methods some shortcomings, namely the weight of the risk factors rely artificial exploratory proposed the evaluation method based on rough set-neural network. To establish a long-distance oil and gas pipeline project EPC contractor risk evaluation index system and evaluation model of rough neural.Finally, the actual engineering data collected by the input to establish an evaluation model, the accuracy of the training of the network, and then the two sets of data to detect, meet the requirements of error. This article can be seen, rough sets-the neural network model with long-distance oil and gas pipelines EPC general contractor risk assessment is feasible and practical value.
