A oxidized lead-zinc mine in Xinjiang, the grade of the ore of lead and zinc were0.14%and2.00%,respectively,the rate of lead and zinc oxide were37.86%and35.42%,belong to the low gradeoxidized lead-zinc deposit. Through to the mine to carry on the process mineralogy research showsthat the mineral mineral mainly mainly for the purpose of,sphalerite and smithsonite due to galenaflotability of good, high levels of lead in zinc concentrate affect its quality at the sametime, considering the comprehensive recycling:Mainly is the gangue minerals are mainly quartz. In this paper, the main purpose of the research is to reduce the grade of lead in zincconcentrate, both recycling lead galena, recovery of zinc oxide at the same time, improve thecomprehensive recovery of zinc concentrate. Through a lot of exploration, this paper uses threemain process: Firstly,flotation-gravity combined technological process.Secondly, bulk flotationprocess. Thirdly gravity-flotation combined technological process. Through contrast test, deslimingof middlings was washing-focus on optimal flotation process of indicators. Eventually lead inclosed circuit to obtain lead concentrate grade of43.18%and recovery was48.69%,zinc7.32%,compound zinc in zinc concentrate grade of42.99%,the recovery rate was84.58%,and0.53%lead. Tailings of zinc loss rate of14.83%.Paper also by calculations of solution chemistry shows that the solution will be an adverseeffect on flotation of calamine,CO23dissociation of sodium carbonate dissolved componentscan reduce the dissolution of smithsonite, better component of smithsonite flotation. FTIRmeasurements show that octadecylamine adsorbed on the surface of smithsonite is mainly byphysical adsorption.
