Study On Management Mode Transformation About Social Crisis Prevention In China

Crisis management is inevitable as we finally realized that crisis itself is a normality in our daily life. During a social transition period, we can’t turn a blind eye to those emerging or emerged crisis. It’s the holy duty of social science researchers to give a thorough study on analyzing and preventing it. This paper focused on the management mode transformation in the field of social crisis prevention. It mainly includes the following items: summarization of basic theories on social crisis management, status quo and future development about theoretical research, mode about social crisis management, the necessity of management transformation, the importance of a new management mode in the field and further consideration of transformation. This paper gives valuable reference to improve the social management ability theoretically and practically by assimilating foreign experience in social crisis management. This paper also includes case-studys about various social events and analyzed the theoretical method and manner about mode transformation of social crisis prevention.
