Study On Community Construction In Rural Areas Of Wenzhou City

Rural community is the product of combining rural and community, but not acombination of both easily, but rural development to a certain degree, especially in suchaspects as political, economic, social and cultural development to a certain stage.Countryside in the process of development for the rural community, rural in the integrationof urban and rural, rural administrative system, the rural cultural construction and the ruralpublic service system is gradually close, in the direction of urban community after a periodof time and the urban community that there was no difference in the aspect of function,therefore, the rural have been developed for the community, but its space still belongs tothe countryside, so we call it the rural community.In this paper, and the community in the new countryside construction, thedevelopment on the basis of relevant theories and research, to the rural communityconstruction as the research object, USES the related research of wenzhou ruralcommunity construction situation and governance of the status quo, and the researchsituation at home and abroad are analyzed through practical and theoretical studies of theircontrast, and adopts the method of literature analysis and case study method, makes everyeffort for the sustainable development of China’s rural community construction, thesolution of the "three rural issues" and building a new socialist countryside provide thetheoretical framework of reference.
