Esearch On Protection Method Of Online Banking Consumer

With the development of electric information technology and internet technology, more and more consumers have accustomed to use computers to deposit, manage credit card and make investment in a safety and convenient way. All these conveniences are brought by on-line bank. However, the on-line banks in China are still in their teething time, few domestic scholars have researched on this from the angle of law, especially on the protection method of online banking consumers.Currently, the domestic online banking consumers are still in the weak position, they need to be paid much attention and special legal protection. The author has made reference to the law made by international legislative and researched comprehensively on domestic on-line banking and financial product. Through the analysis of problems occurred to consumers in on-line banking activities, the author put forward a number of suggestions on improving the protection method of on-line banking consumers and appeal to related agency can build a systematical laws and regulations on protection method for domestic on-line banking consumers.The thesis consists of four chapters.For the first chapter, the author mainly introduces the basic problems existing in on-line banking activies and current situation of the legal rights for domestic on-line banking consumers in section1and section2respectively.For the second chapter, the author mainly introduces the current situation and problems in domestic protection method for on-line banking consumers from the perspectives of legislation, law enforcement and justice. Meanwhile, the problems existing in domestic protection method and their causes are also be mentioned and discussed.For the third chapter, relevant legislations in the international community are listed there. By doing research on them, the author draw inspiration and make suggestions for setting up protection method for domestic on-line banking consumers.For the fourth chapter, the author appeals to improvement of domestic protection method for on-line banking consumers and concludes the basic principles for it. At the end of the chapter, the author also discusses and put forward solutions to the problems mentioned in the second chapter.
