Research On The Legal Issues Of Consumer Protection In The Banking Industry

China’s banking industry in early twenty-first century has developed sustainably with the rapid development of social economy.In a short period of nearly twenty years,the banking industry has formed a strong professional system,and its various financial services have been increasingly penetrated into all aspects of social and economic life.The banking industry,becoming the core of the whole financial system,is inseparable from the mutual interests with banking consumers.The banking consumers make the banking industry continue to improve and develop,mature,stable and orderly.So,the rights and interests protection of banking consumers has become the essential means to obtain more advantageous resources maintain favorable banking operation and occupy the international financial market.Although our country has made many achievements in the rights and interests protection of the banking consumers,its relevant legal system is relatively weak.Starting from the typical cases,to explore the problems existing in the protection of the rights and interests of China’s banking consumers,and analyze how to better improve from the current structure of legal system,so that China’s banking industry could develop persistently and stably.
