How to reform the old and sick inmates and improve the execution of punishmentsystem, the execution of criminal legislation and practice has important practical significance.In this paper, the penalty for the execution of the current deficiencies in the system on thebasis of rational analysis, in order to improve our old and sick inmates penalty enforcementsystem to provide some useful reference.The first chapter of this thesis will give an analysis on the features of the old,sick,disabled criminal in the execution of punishment in China by take samples of incidents inthe Women Prison of Guangdong Province, and point out the problems and difficulties.The second chapter have an introduction to the necessity of improving the execution ofpunishment system.On the basis of the previous two chapters, the third chapter proposes suggestions to theimprovements on the old,sick,disabled criminal in the execution of punishment in China fromtwo angels, they are, improvements of procedure and legal system.In conclusion, the present thesis gives some suggestions and advises to the improvementof the old,sick,disabled criminal in the execution of punishment.
