Study On Implementation Effect Of The Interaction Model Between Government And Citizen Of Soft Science Plan Management Network Platform Of Chengdu City

And the research of interactionmode between government and civilian which as an important content of e-governmentconstruction are more and more regarded.At the same time,as important target ofPerformance Assessment for e-government construction of government at all levels,theinteraction between government and civilian are enduing with more weight incheck.so,research the actual network platform and find out the practical status of theinteraction mode on platform, analyse and find out the deficiencies,put forward theImproved Solution and measures,will strongly push the e-government construction,evenhas important significance on providing valuable preference for long perioddevelopment of e-government.This research is the one that Targeted the soft science item administration of aprovincial capital’s owned e-government website, through the research and interview onthis platform user from different unit such as university,enterprise,research institutionand governmental agencies,It was found that this platform which as a part of governmentwebsite has been playing active role on promoting administration and service of softscience,pushing interchange between government and civilian,promoting folksy degreeof government, building up government aspect and promoting degree of satisfactionfrom civilian,and proved exactly that the creation and consummating of interaction modebetween government and civilian are indispensable part of this network platform,andalso are effective shortcut to push this plat convert from static service to face the publicdemand.In this research, through confirming the evaluating indicator of this platform,andon the basis of this indicator,from the result of questionnaire,hold the civilian’s full-scaledemand and expectation for this platform,and found the deficiencies of this platformsuch as lack of interaction information sorts,lack of ways for interaction,lack ofappropriate distributing ways for interaction and incomplete interactionmechanism,etc.these also be the important element that effect the interaction mode ofthis platform.on basis of analysis of present mode’s deficiencies and reason,according toCommunications theory,social capital theory and analysis result,combined with resources actualities of e-government construction,try to achieve best result with leastadministrative cost,brought forward series of measures for adjusting interactioninformation sorts,creating durable ways of interaction information,accurately distributingways of interaction and consummating interaction mechanism,in order to consummatethe interaction mode,efficiently pushed the development of practical use of thee-government’s interaction between government and civilian.
