In the era of micro-blog, Internet public opinion has enjoyed "spewing" growth. Atpresent, Chinese netizens are strongly focused on the network that access to informationand ways of expression, a growing number of Internet users through the Internet channelto appeal to their class interests, their own feelings, communication between each other’sthoughts. Under the background of network era, people are becoming more and morelikely to participate actively in topics of discussion on the Internet, rather than passivelyreceive information and services. Therefore, whether in Internet users gathered some webportal, or set up professional discussion groups, all those people everywhere in the worldof the Internet is full of different sounds. Since the21st century, Internet technology andinformation technology has been rapid development, Internet has gained popularity in thevery great degree, followed by the opinions of Internet users emerge in endlessly, andgradually become the representative of the public opinion, the Internet became the mainland of public opinion. The negative network public opinion affects not only the onlinevirtual community, also had a major impact on the social reality off the line.The paper hold a research on network comments of negative hot events involvinggovernment officials, coding the comments in time, the media, public opinion, pointingand attitude four categories. The use of SPSS19.0descriptive statistics and cross-analysisfound that: Network comments were hardly influenced by issuing time, however,depended on whether the title itself will attract the public‘s focus, arousing strongemotional resonance, the heat of the netizen comments last within24hours after therelease of related news reports. There are differences in attitudes between traditionalinternet users and mobile internet users which are more likely to show positive commentsthan the traditional internet users, and the traditional internet cyber is still a mainbattleground of netizen comments. Network comments appear to have a tendency ofjoking comments and entertainment to death, which is easy to point to the Party andgovernment organizations, also the society as a whole.
