Highway as a public welfare infrastructure for the development of national economy,belongs to the developing market economy in our country foundation part of the macro level. Adoptthe perspective of economic law, the highway road protection, highlighted by legal means tostrengthen the construction and management of highway, the optimization of highway roadproduction protection legal system in our country, help to improve the long exist due to the laggingdevelopment of highway restricted passive situation of the development level of the economy as awhole. To adapt to the development of socialist modernization and people’s living standardsimprove the demand for road infrastructure, promote the development of highway industrystandardization, finally realizes the harmonious development and orderly development of highwayin our country.Based on status quo of highway road production protection in our country, this paper based onthe theories of economic jurisprudence foundation, to our country highway road is produced as theresearch object, elaborated our country highway development road is produced in the process ofprotection of the legal system and way of protection law enforcement problems and the way ofprotection shall be investigated for legal responsibility.
