| Sustainable development of enterprises depends on the enterprises’ sustainabledevelopment ability. It can be divided into soft power and hard power. Among them,enterprises’ soft power includes cultural strength, harmonious power and innovationpower. At present, Private enterprises in our country are in an important stage oftransformation and upgrade. How to overcome the problem of weak soft powerinfluences private enterprises’ sustainable development, we think that we shouldstrength private enterprises’ party construction so as to promote enterprises’ softpower. The promotion effects present in the following aspects: promote enterprises’institutional innovation, facilitate the role of corporate culture and promote coordinateindustrial relationships in order to build harmonious enterprises.The author chose the private enterprises in Wenzhou as sample, investigated andinterviewed some typical private enterprises. During investigation, we have found thatprivate enterprises’ party construction has a great significance to their sustainabledevelopment and also find some problems, weak links and difficulties in the processof enterprises’ party construction. According to the analysis of the investigation, theauthor put forward some suggestions for promoting private enterprises’ partyconstruction and makes it better. Firstly, to institutional innovation, construct newprivate enterprises’ governance structure and through the party’s advanced culturesteer corporate culture. Secondly, improve the knowledge of business owners andmanagement, educate and lead the staff to renew their ideas, build a rich and colorfulcorporate culture platform, form a good atmosphere of the construction of enterprises’culture and cultivate advanced corporate culture of the private enterprises. Thirdly, promote the private enterprises practice democratic management system throughsupervision and guidance of the enterprises’ legal employment, direct labor unionorganization to protect the right and interests of enterprise workers, strength theconstruction of corporate culture and spiritual civilization, promote the staff’scohesive force. At last, in their practical work, private enterprises’ party should makeefforts to the working mechanism of innovation; strengthen the construction of itsown, so they can get more attention from corporate management. Through the abovemeasures, we hope that it can cultivate harmonious industrial relations of privateenterprises, thus enhance their soft power in a very real sense and promote the processof the private enterprises’ sustainable development... |
