China’s Rural Mutual Model Feasibility Study

With the advent of an aging society, how to make each old people to spend their twilight years, is a problem to be solved before all the nations and individuals, everyone will be old, this is related to everyone’s vital interests. Rural elderly in China is different from the old man and the characteristics of old town, family endowment weakening at present stage in our country, and construction of social endowment is insufficient, limited resources, the old man a large number of social background, the rural mutual pension model to its low economic input, good social benefits, strong operability, to meet the old man from soil encouraged the advantages of the emotional needs, can try to promotion at the present stage of rural areas, to help solve the problem of rural endowment. This paper mainly adopts literature research method, combined with domestic and foreign pension status, social problems, the use of the existing research results and life practice, attempts to rural mutual pension model for qualitative research. On social capital theory, social mutual aid theory and BSC balanced scorecard of basic model as the theoretical basis, according to the implementation of the main body of different, divide the concrete practice of our country rural mutual endowment pattern for government leading, the folk organization leading, spontaneous, individual domination and time bank five types, each type of structure, and try to clarify the pros and cons of each type, and finally put forward to promote rural mutual development, promote the rural old-age pension mode suggested measures of problem solving.
