Advancing along with the development of urbanization, a largenumber of rural youth into cities to get better development opportunity, rural households isthe core, the old-age concept of innovation,"the desires to have to do" awkward reality areconstantly hitting the traditional mode of endowment. At the same time, the old man local ifthe circumstances are relatively serious, the rural supporting system and facilities lag, led tothe effective promotion of social pension in the rural areas has not yet been implemented.Rural mutual endowment is in recent years the rise of a new endowment mode, used tosupplement the family pension, endowment resources effective integration of all parties, it ismore emphasis on mutual support between the elderly and solace, is advantageous to thecomprehensive promotion rural old people’s happiness, a sense of achievement.Based on the theory of social security, pension mode theory, social embedding theoryunder the premise of related theory as the guide, to feixiang country in HeBei province as the research samples, through empirical research, analysis the influence factors of rural mutualendowment, and analysis of inductive current rural mutual endowment patterns there needs tobe perfect. Based our country rural old-age reality, through mutual absorption and referenceto domestic and foreign pension model in practice beneficial experience, combined with thecurrent reality of rural mutual endowment patterns of the main difficulties, suggested bychanging traditional idea, attract multivariate main body participation, enrich cooperationcontents, integration of old-age resources, perfecting the legal policy measures such as to beperfect, so as to the building of the ultimate ideal of endowment in rural areas in China andprovide theoretical basis and policy reference.
