In this paper, use of literature, expert interviews to sort out the research and the statusquo of the public services of the rural sports summarized significant progress in rural sportspublic service than in the past, but still not optimistic. On the other hand, farmers’ participation in sports, the low level oforganization, and the willingness to participate is not strong, the sports consciousness behindthe low level of consumption.Combined with the nature and content of the actual and sports public service system inrural, rural community sports public service system is defined as the starting point andfoothold to the interests and needs of rural residents, protect the rights of farmers and equalenjoyment of health and fitness to rural communities and rural residents to provide sportspublic service management, products and services of the integrated system.
