Problems And Countermeasures Research In The Implementation Of College Student Village Official Policy

In recent years, as China’s socialism new rural construction continues to developand The employment situation of graduates is worsening, the CPC central committeeand the state council standing timely put forward the “select and guide the collegegraduates to work at the grassroots” policy, which is strategic and important. From "asingle spark" to "the potential of fire", through more than ten years of exploration anddevelopment, the college student village official policy has improved the grassrootscadre troop overall quality; promoted rural social/economic progress and politicaldemocracy construction; showed great realistic meaning and practical value. For thebroad masses of young students, going to the grass-roots, and understanding the ruralis not only a life experience growth opportunity, but also a chance to show theirtalents. Thisarticle emphatically from the following four aspects to study college students’ villageofficials of local government policy. The first part, introduced the paper researchbackground and significance, domestic and foreign related research are reviewed, andthe overall research ideas and research content. The second part for the collegestudents’ village officials of local government policy and its execution theory andevolution analysis, expounds the university student village official policy definitionand background of university student village official policy evolution. The third part,through to Z county case analysis reveals the current problems of college studentsvillage officials of local government policy implementation and its underlying cause.The fourth part, the solutions of the problems of college students village officialpolicy implementation, appeal for section analysis of the problem and root cause, thissection and the promotion policy content quality, improve the body quality,improving the capacity of policy target group, optimize the environment of the execution and so on four aspects put forward effective solutions.Based on the existing academic books and journal data literature, combiningmulti-dimensional on-the-spot investigation, this article has a university studentvillage official policy dilemma further feasibility study, and actively explores theestablishment and perfection of college student village official policy long-termmechanism.
