Meanwhile, all kinds of high incidence of unexpected eventsoccurred in china, including "SARS" event, Sanlu milk powder incident, the southsnow disaster, Wenchuan earthquake, Wangjialing mine accident, Wenzhou trainaccidents etc. which caused serious losses to China and the social harmony andstability have been greatly affected. How to deal with these various emergencieseffectively that have been rapidly gained widespread concern by the communist partyand the whole society. During the process of the emergency disposal, the emergencyinformation collection throughout the whole process, and play an important role. Inthis sense, improve the work of emergency information acquisition, improve theemergency information acquisition efficiency is particularly important.This paper firstly defines the concept of the emergency, the emergencyinformation and the emergency information acquisition of government and so on, andthen analysis the principles and the significance of emergency information acquisitionof government. Secondly, starting from the factors influencing the efficiency ofemergency information acquisition of government, the existing problem and thedevelopment status of the emergency information acquisition of government has beenresearched.
