On Marx’s Criminal Theory

Crime is punishable behavior harmful to society which subject to penalties undercriminal law. Only a society which has few crimes is a harmonions society. Marx’scriminal theory is the proletarian scientifically criminal theory which based onMarxism’s dialectical materialism and historical materialism.This theory insists onpratical way, reveals the nature and cause of crime, and points out rationaly criminalpolicy, and supports theoretical basis on building the socialist harmonions society.This thesis expounds the formation and development, including historical background,thought origin and development process. It analysis practically the natural and specific reasons, takes thereasonable counter measures, makes efforts to reduce the crime. Compare with others, this thesis focuses on three characteristics withsystematically, discussion, practically, in order to promote the academic research ofMarx’s criminal theory, perfect the great socialist legal building and guide thebuilding a socialist harmonions society.
