Following the state aboutfood safety, matching between rule of law and self-discipline exist an interactiveoperation form.“Just for food safety field,“CSR “legislation and judicial practice isstill in its infancy, Food manufactures must face a lot of difficulties. At present, cometrue their CSR have three paths: first, forced to perform; second, focus onself-discipline, but the food safety law system for specification guidelines; Third,focus on compulsory legislation that organic combination with standards supported,and self-discipline is subsidiary. Because the seriousness about our food safetyproblems are highlighted at present, food manufactures practice CSR need combiningcompulsory and self-discipline, especially compulsory do a primary principle, sochoose the third implementation path obviously more accord with our nationalcondition.Therefore, First, Request the Food Safety Law System clear the legal restraintmechanism; Next, Request them timely integrate the excitation adjustmentmechanism; Third, Further maintain the relevant system to them to practice the CSR,perfect the system implement; Finally, According to the effectiveness of theimplementation of the food safety standards, strengthen the guidance.
