Teaching material is one of the important thing for us to learn, and many experts have made a very important evaluation on foreign language teaching materials, such as Liu Xun. He think Teaching material plays a very important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, So, in order to improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, not only need good teachers, but also need excellent language teaching materials.This paper is mainly to study the "new Chinese" and "intensive Chinese primary tutorial integrated textbook". Through make the comparison of their similarities and differences about their principles, general framework, the text part, the vocabulary, grammar and exercises. I wish to put forward some suggestions, with a view to future teaching and learning as well as the choice of textbooks to provide some help.Generally to speaking, these two sets of textbooks in all aspects of the existence of their respective advantages and disadvantages, based on the previous research in the innovation and development, this is the two set of excellent primary Chinese textbooks.
