In order to afford the teachers and students a professional learning material, the Education Department edited the teaching material in the base of teaching outline, the teaching plan and actual need. And the teaching material of solfeggio and ear training is no exception, which is in the source of the teachers’teaching experience for many years, aimed at offering a platform with theoretical knowledge, basic skills training and writing of music, the basic subject.The development history of domestic material of solfeggio and ear training approximately experienced three stages:in the early, the main information comes from the introduction of foreign, and to the time we compiled teaching resources by ourselves, and then to the publish of compiled class teaching materials. Since1990s, this time is the prosperity period of the construction of the teaching materials of solfeggio and ear training, for the music education institutions and teachers published a lot of excellent teaching material of solfeggio and ear training, which greatly promoted the musical construction in the lields of teaching material.This paper has studied the current teaching materials of the normal solfeggio and ear training, and chosen the three following books:First, the third edition of 《the solfeggio and ear training》(four copies)(written by Xu Jinghang, Sun Hong, pressed by the Higher Education in June of2011). Second,《the classification of solfeggio and ear training (8levers)》(edited by the solfeggio and ear training education department of school of music composition in China academy university, pressed by the Higher Education). Third,《music theory and solfeggio and ear training》(written by Chen Yaxian, People’s Music Publishing House, in the year of2006)This article’s arguments include four parts, the first part expounds the development of normal teaching materials of solfeggio and ear training; The second part analyzes the three college teaching materials of solfeggio and ear training from the aspects of the historical background, structure, features, etc; The third part is making a comparison of three textbooks; In the last, the conclusion in the fourth part is an envisage that the author think about the future direction of the compiling of teaching material of solfeggio and ear training.
