| This thesis will set the subtitles translation of TV series GREEN WORLD as an example, in which I have participated, to introduce how subtitle translators should make preparation before the translation, and how they proceed step by step. The problem of copyright, benefit and cooperation are also investigated by using the research method of questionnaire,comparison and so on. This paper would like to popularize the subtitle translation for those who barely understand it, and also share the experience with people who are about to or have already worked in this area. The content is divided into four parts:the first part will introduce the background information of subtitle translation; the second part will describe the process of this translation practice; the third part will find the problems and responding to subtitle translation through the TV series GREEN WORLD; the last part will be a summary. |
