Carring Out The Marriage Law Of The People’s Republic Of China To Publicity In Sui Yuan(from1950to1953)

New Marriage Law promulgated in1950was the first national law after the founding of New China, which played the an important role in the post-war recovery and reconstruction of life.Locating in Frontier Region,Suiyuan had a trait of long-term closure,so that the old concept of marriage customs,and old ideas still deeply squated in the minds of common people.For the sake of the grass-roots cadres having certain natural merits,So grassroots cadres how to understand the new marriage law will directly determined the success of promotional activities,even determined the success or failure of implementing.In this paper, through the collection and compilation of data files and documents using collections.Basing on the analysis of historical data on the liberation Suiyuan,I try to glimpse the old feudal marriage customs, old ideas;Basing on the further comparison of the Republic of China,"Civil Law" and the new marriage law,I draw a conclusion that "Civil Law" no longer meets the requirements of the new democratic stage;Next I systematically expound grassroots cadres’deviations and corrective process in the promotion process,Focus on the grassroots cadres’deviations for the initial incomprehension, rejection in advocacy work.After training to be aware of the social significance of the new marriage law,grassroots cadres changed their attitudes Until"Women’s Day" of 1953, the new marriage law propaganda reached a climax.In this process,I also note to collect information about that the attitude of the general public to the new Marriage Law、Forms of propaganda department and the files of the judiciary judicial training.Finally, the article is a summary of the roles of Suiyuan’s grassroots cadres in advocacy on the new marriage law,Discussing all aspects of grassroots cadres and the historical achievements and limitations of historical experience working in publicity Suiyuan and trying to make the results of analysis and reflection to provide reference for the launch of the reality and propaganda work.
