In the eighteen report of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it ispointed that through Improving the overall level of cultural construction, China will has theadvantages of cultural competitiveness. So Under the guidance of the Comprehensive andrapid development of culture, we should establish and improve relevant cultural systems andthe Public cultural service systems.In November29,2012,the CPC Central CommitteeGeneral Secretary Xi Jinping put forward "China dream”, when he lead the new centralcollective leadership China to go to the National Museum to see "revival". The realization of"China dream” depends on the increasing developments of The cultural industry. Thisprovides an unprecedented historical opportunity for the development of the cultural industry.Based on the trend of cultural globalization, cultural globalization is becoming increasinglyapparent, as soon as possible, improving the international competitiveness of China’scultural industry is the route one must take the development of cultural industry.Cultural industry refers to the market meaning to meet people’s spiritual and culturalneeds, application of replication technology,production,in accordance with the industrystandard production,storage and distribution of cultural products and service economy.Extending the rise of cultural industry reflects the economic rules,that is the people’s spiritualand cultural needs to rise further, the social division of labor further deepen,culturalproduction and dissemination way to break through performance. A characteristic of theculture industry with high externality, high risk and high profit and high income elasticity.This is the theoretical starting point of our research of international competitiveness ofcultural industries. Secondly, in the base of summing up the connotation and characteristicof culture industry,the connotation of international competitiveness of the cultural industryare summarized, pointed out that the international competitiveness of cultural industry refersto reflect the related industries and support the industry development situation,domesticdemand conditions,to the international market access ability and profit ability as the ability tointegrate resources performance. The connotation and clarifies the sources and manifestationsof the international competitiveness of cultural industry. Based on this, proposed consists ofthree parts, the basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness, loop theory modelcomposition,structure analysis framework includes seven factors,constructed included three plates,6factors,the evaluation index system of21specific indicators.To evaluate the international competitiveness of cultural industries of the9typicalcountries including China on the basis of perfecting the theory basis,The cultural industryand the characteristics of data acquisition based on this evaluation, the grey relational degreeanalysis method to evaluate the. First,put forward the optimum of each index value of thereference sequence,according to the characters of dimensionless processing according to theweight of each index, influence the distribution of international competitiveness andcalculating the correlation coefficient and the correlation degree,finally according to the finalcorrelation to the competitiveness ranking. On the basis of the9national culture industryinternational competitiveness ranking for the American,Germany,Britain,Australia,Japan,South Korea,India,France,Chinese. On this basis,points out that the internationalcompetitiveness of China’s cultural industry with international competitiveness rapidly,theoverall strength is weak,the international competitiveness of the structure is not balanced,andthe causes are analyzed.On the basis of competitiveness analysis,to enhance the international competitiveness ofthe cultural industry recommendations. This paper puts forward suggestions from the macro,meso and micro levels of three. In the macroscopic aspect,we should perfect the managementsystem of cultural industry,to provide guarantee for the international competitiveness ofChina’s cultural industry promotion,in the middle,it should strengthen the construction ofcultural market system, market environment and conditions for the internationalcompetitiveness of China’s cultural industry promotion; at the micro level, it shouldstrengthen the internal reform of the enterprise culture,management personnel managementof cultural industry,to provide micro foundations and personnel support for the internationalcompetitiveness of China’s cultural industry promotion.
