Research On Lexical Features Of Two Group Synonyms "Chuang And Chong"/"Tao And Cuan" In Chinese

This paper mainly studies two group synonyms “chuang and chong”/“tao andcuan” in Chinese.It is based on the frame of word meaning system theory,respectivelyfrom the semantic combination of syntax,the extension of word meaning and thesemantic restriction in the composition of compound words in three aspects to studythe lexical features of the two group synonyms “chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan”inChinese.In the semantic combination of syntax,we analyze the language usage of the twogroup synonyms “chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan” in Modern Chinese,summarizethe lexical features of them;in the extension of word meaning,we reorganize theextended meaning column of the two group synonyms“chuang and chong”/“tao andcuan”in Chinese,analyze their lexical features in their word meaning development andsum up the laws of word meaning development and change;in the the semanticrestriction in the composition of compound words,we are based on the “ModernChinese Dictionary”(The Sixth Edition),refer to the Commonly used in ModernChinese Vocabulary and count the number of the compound words,which is consist ofthe two group synonyms “chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan”.Then,we analyze thelexical features of the compound words,which is consist of the two group synonyms“chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan”.The paper consists of five parts, the specificcontents are as follows:The introduction part mainly explained the research value of this article,thecontent and the train of thought,the theoretical method，the emphasis and difficulty instudy and research present situation,points out the shortcomings of previous studiesand research in this paper.The first chapter starts from the semantic combination of syntax.we analyze thecorpus of the two group synonyms “chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan”in the PekingUniversity Center for Chinese Linguistics and generalize the lexical features of thetwo group synonyms.The second chapter starts from the extension of word meaning aspects.This part is based on the analysis of the two group synonyms “chuang and chong”/“tao andcuan”in the Ancient Literature.Then,we arrange the extended meaning column of thetwo group synonyms“chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan”in Chinese,generalize theirlexical features in their word meaning development and sum up the laws of wordmeaning development and change.The third chapter starts from the semantic restriction in the composition ofcompound words.we analyze the usage of the compound words,which is consist ofthe two group synonyms“chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan”.Then,we sum up thelexical features of the compound words,which is consist of the two groupsynonyms“chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan”.At last,we reveal the inner relationshipof the two group synonyms“chuang and chong”/“tao and cuan” between thecompound words and the syntax.The main contents of the conclusion part summarizes the full text,summarizesthe research results, points out the deficiency in the paper, in order to further exploreand study.
