The Research On The Relationship Among Parenting Style, Forgive And Tendency To Life Satisfaction Of College Students

Life satisfaction refers to an individual based on a set of standard for a period of timesince their own life in a general cognitive and comprehensive evaluation, is an importantrepresentation of people’s living conditions and quality of life, is also a cognitive componentof psychological well-being, it is a person according to your choice of standard for theevaluation of the overall quality of life has done. A lot of research results at home and abroadshow that forgiveness is the important factors that affect the individual life satisfaction, andparents upbringing has a far-reaching influence on forgiveness again. This research attemptsto the characteristics of the life satisfaction of students, in-depth investigation, and in view ofcollege students’ parents, parenting, forgiveness and life satisfaction relationship betweenwere discussed.This research from four universities in Henan, Hebei, and Shanxi randomly assigned1200subjects in different grades. With the short form of parenting questionnaire Chineseparents (S-EMBU-C), Hearland forgiveness scale and adolescent life satisfaction scale(CMSLSS) as test materials for college students, the following main conclusions.(1) The present situation of college students’ parents upbringingThe college students of different gender on his father’s refuse, mother refused to factorhave significant differences, and male students scored higher than girls. Different areas ofcollege students in the ways of parents teaching, various factors have significant differences.College students of different grades in refusing to their father, father’s emotional warmth,father’s overprotection have significant differences in factor on the mother refused, excessiveprotection factor have significant differences.(2) Forgiveness level status quo of college studentsDifferent gender of college students have significant differences in the overall level offorgiveness, and boys score higher than girls; significant difference on the forgiveness factor.Two different levels of regional college students in the forgiveness factor were no significantdifferences. But see from the results, city college students in forgive yourself and forgiveothers is slightly higher than rural students’ scores on two factors. College students of different grades in forgive you and forgive others factors had no significant difference.(3) The status quo of college students’ life satisfactionCollege students’ life satisfaction at medium level as a whole. Significant difference wasfound in different regional college students on the overall life satisfaction and city collegestudents scored higher than rural students. Different grade students on life satisfaction scoresof each factor have significant difference, and on the overall life satisfaction and each factor,senior year students scores were significantly higher than the other grade students and hashigher life satisfaction.(4) College students’ parents upbringing and forgive, forgive and life satisfaction,parents upbringing and life satisfaction have significant correlation.(5) Parents upbringing affects life satisfaction, through forgiveness in his parents’upbringing and partial intermediary role between life satisfactions.
