Auxiliary Verbs "keyi" is not only the weak link in the contemporary Chinese language, but also the important and difficult point of learning Chinese by foreign students. Because the same auxiliary has different semantics and the different auxiliaries have the same semantics as cross range, this creates many errors when the foreign students are studying and using the semantics of "keyi". So, the study of auxiliary Verbs is called the key points and difficult points of the Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language.In order to improve the efficiency of teaching Chinese as Foreign language and help students skillfully master the usage auxiliary verb "keyi", this article, according to the study of the auxiliary verb, divided "keyi" into two usages:one is dynamic modal verbs, the other is the moral modal verbs. At the same time, I summarized a lot of predecessors on the basis of existing research results, to explore five basic semantics of the auxiliary Verbs "may" and compare the "neng""may" to the "keyi", in order to help the foreign students grasp the usage of the "keyi". And then, through surveys and HSK dynamic composition corpus, statistics and analysis of data, we classified the errors into many types in order to find out the situation of the usage of the auxiliary Verbs "keyi", namely:missing errors, wrong sequence errors, error and bias and a mixture of errors and so on. This not only provides teaching as second language with many functions, but also supply many signs of Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language. Finally, we boldly introduce the3P model into the task-based approach, called "3P task of Teaching Model", which innovative the design of foreign language teaching and improve the efficiency of teaching Chinese as Foreign Language.
