Teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China from the beginning in1950, has gone through a journey of more than half a century. Until the culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a secondary language teaching status, but other elements as teaching Chinese as a foreign language theory and practice research development, and the development of the cause of Chinese as a foreign language in our country as a whole gradually thorough, the positioning also appeared in the development of culture teaching by previous gradually formed a secondary language teaching has its own theory feature research sector, and in the study of theory and practice of Chinese as a foreign language as a whole plays an increasingly important role. In this paper, the current development status of teaching Chinese as a foreign language culture plates, discusses in the face of Chinese literacy class, the students some ways and methods of using multimedia teaching and research, and in the process of cultural teaching and language teaching for foreign students learning characteristics, using relevant theoretical support to guide teaching.Based on second language acquisition theory, psychological linguistics theory, theory of education technology, and constructivism learning theory as the foundation, to explore how to use multimedia technology in the academic environment better grasp and study Chinese culture, and inspire their interest in learning Chinese culture and inspire their active, active, of the Chinese culture to achieve rapid, effective, has the cultural learning purpose of feedback.In data collection and analysis of the existing research results in the process of investigation, found that the existing research materials mainly for culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the use of the advantages and disadvantages of multimedia analysis is more, how the multimedia concrete in practice of literacy class teaching, combining the characteristics of students explore some of the better, more practical teaching method of related research is less, and some multimedia data is limited, the lack of richness and diversity.
