In the study of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the study of undergraduate practice patterns is still in the groping stage. The uncertain of practice patterns always cause a lot of troubles to these universities. The existence problems not only affect the result of the practice teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, but also can limit the development of their own.This paper takes Beijing language and culture university, East China normal University, Nanjing university, Nanjing normal university, Anhui university, Anhui normal university etc as an example. By using the form of questionnaire to students and make an interview with these students, we can understand the development situation about the internship of the Chinese as a foreign language subject, and even expect to have a comprehensive understanding about the practice patterns through practical investigation. The paper would analysis of the date and information which get from the investigation, and hope to summarize the practice modes which the universities regularly used. Then summarized the effect of different practice patterns and distinguish the function of each other. So it can make us more easily to arrange the work and we can even make our best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages.Through the investigation, we can find that many universities of Chinese as a. foreign language subject when the build the system of practice patterns, most of them are rely on the practice resources, then to combined different form of practice. Universities usually use these practice patterns:classroom teaching, classroom observation, cultural interest group teaching, individual teaching, classroom management, cross-cultural communication, language services etc. So there have several practice patterns which universities always used:"classroom observation+teaching+classroom management","classroom observation+teaching+language services","classroom observation+teaching+classroom management+cross-cultural communication+language services" and "teaching" pattern etc. Among these practice forms, the first four forms are most relevant with the training requirements of the Chinese as a foreign language major. And also these are the most used by the universities. So the most used pattern by the universities is "classroom observation+teaching" mode.According to the conclusion, this article will make some proposal for the building of practice patterns. Expecting make a little contribute to the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language discipline.
