The Research On Yue Jun’s Duan Shui Ci

Yue Jun is an important poet in QianJia period of Qing Dynasty.He was born in thirty-one years of QianLong period (1766), died in nineteen years of Jia Qing period (1814). A tree in the sixth years of JiaQing period (1814). He was failed after several times imperial examinations and not able to realize his dream to be an official throughout his life. You can see his life story in History of Qing Dynasty, Qing Biography VII twelve and so on. Yue Jun is a famous poet in Qianjia period and famous for Parallel prose. He wrote a lot of works.Such as Qingzhi Mountain Museum poetry collection twenty-two parallel body Qingzhi Mountain Museum Collection in two volumes, Duan Shui Ci included three volumes. This paper mainly focuses on the study of Yue Jun’s work which called Duan Shui Ci. Give readers a comprehensive interpretation of the ideological content and artistic value of Yue Jun’s Ci. Explore the artistic achievements of Yue Jun’s Ci and strive to objectively evaluate the status and contributions of Yue Jun’s Ci in the Ci history of Qing Dynasty.The first chapter focuses on Yue Jun’s life, excursion and literary achievements. Yue Jun is a famous poet in Qianjia Period. Even though he is famous for the Parallel prose at that time, he spent a poor childhood life. He relies on pawn and vends the text to support their parents to maintain the family’s livelihood. After going to the capital city, he makes friends with a burden of youth and enters the Department of Cultural Affairs after the title lapel Hall of aides. He makes a lot of literati friends and they often get together to sing, to learn skills etc. He makes friends in a very wide scope. Yue Jun is a famous poet who active in Qianjia period after Jiang Shiquan-a distinguished poet from JIANGXI province. His achievements parallel prose is also very influential. Zhang Renqing’s parallel prose is included in its Parallel view only, Yue Jun, together with Li Zhaoluo-the representative of Yanghu Faction were called as "Later period’s Eight Masters".Thus, diverse literary achievement laid a good foundation of Yue Jun’s Ci.Yue Jun, together with Jiang Shi Quan, Wen Ting Shi, and Jin Fang Qi were called " JiangXi Four Masters" which famous for their Ci. The second chapter focuses on the content of Yue Jun’s Duan Shui Ci in a large background of Qian Jia Ci’field.There are three chapters of Yue Jun’s Duan Shui Ci, totally167pieces,it is said that" Quality is beyond quantity" In the poets of Qing Dynasty, he really left small quantities of words, but with unique wisdom. In the attainments in poetry, Yue Jun was never behind the other literati at the same time. Yue Jun is a talent poet who performs literary works for decades and notable north and south." Duan Shui Ci has rich themes, such as painting Ci, chanting Ci, Scenery of Travel Ci, Ci sing to friends, Lament Ci etc.In Chapter Ⅲ, Ⅰ mainly analyze several artistic characteristics of Yue Jun’s Duan Shui Ci."History of Qing Ci "said that at the beginning Duan Shui Ci follow the style of Liu Yong and Zhou Bangyan. Yue Jun see love as the mainly content of his words. But his ci like a cold spring later and Yue Jun also become a hard-edged writer in the poets of Jia Qing period. Yue Jun’s misfortune life experiences, years of living aides, a lot of friends all left a deep impact on him. So his ci also showed a different kind of artistic features, such as a sense in dirge, alone express spirituality, narrative use, fresh unrestrained style and sadness aesthetic and diverse style pursuit.Chapter IV described about Yue Jun and QianJia Poets. In the large background of QianJia Ci, Yue Jun, compared with Liu SiWan and Guo Lin, was not only confirming his learning of the words’ altar atmosphere, but also breakthrough and beyond to promote the contribution of the development of emotional spiritual way. All of his contribution leave us a lot of advantages to understand the cultural background in Qianlong and JiaQing period, literati mentality and summed up the experience of poetry creation.
