From1988to now, many new materials about inscriptions on Huayuanzhuang east bones and Xiaotun middle and south bones are successively discovered and released, they provided many new fonts and structures for the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions. Besides, many new achievements in the field of the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions are published. But the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions in recent twenty more years have not been collected systematically, so it is inconvenient for readers to find. To make up the pity in this field, this paper try to basicly model on the style of An overview on the interpretation of Oracle inscription, collect and arrange the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions from the beginning of1989to the end of2012, in order to make the book can reflect many new achievements in the field of the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions, and make it more convenient for readers to search.The text of paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. Summarize the overview in the field of the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions in recent twenty more years, introduce overview on the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions written by Matsumaru Michio and Takashima Ken-ichi and the necessity for supplement, and the study aims,methods and significance.The second and third part is the text and bibliography. Based on the style of An overview on the interpretation of Oracle inscription, I try to collect and arrange the interpretation of Oracle inscriptions from1989to2013. Considering the space of the original text is too huge, I choose the third, tenth, thirtieth part and new font in the appendix for reply, but I still retain the bibliography in the original text. The forth part is conclusion. Summarize the supplyment of An overview on the interpretation of Oracle inscription, and try to do something useful for later research in this field.The fifth part is the bibliography.
